Custom Curtain Wall

THE CHALLENGE

A food grade plastic injection molding company needed to expand production into their warehouse along with a new addition to their facility. They needed a way to keep their current production area clean and protected from the construction debris.

THE SOLUTION

We designed and made a custom curtain wall from food grade materials that completely sealed off the production area at the ceiling, floor and two end walls. We completely cut of the infiltration of concrete dust or construction dirt into the production area.

THE RESULT

The plant passed numerous FDA inspections during the construction project with no loss of production time. When the construction was complete the curtain remained up until the new space was sanitized and ready for food grade production.
