Our team is growing and currently seeking a Summer Engineering Intern.

Job Summary
As an Engineering Intern, your key responsibilities will be to assist in the development of engineering submittals using our internal design standards, including performing basic engineering calculations and developing shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings of current parts using SolidWorks models and reverse engineering production parts.
• Update and create SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and drawings for our line of chairs.
• Link all drawings to related parts in our ERP system.
• Organize all drawings in our PDM vault for easy retrieval.

Qualifications

• SolidWorks part, assembly, and drawings knowledge.
• SolidWorks PDM knowledge is a bonus.
• Mechanical aptitude is bonus.

Planned Start Date: Monday, June 5th, , 2023 (negotiable)

Work Schedule:

• Normal production hours are 7AM – 3:30PM.
• Hours are negotiable based on intern’s school schedule.

Wage/Salary: $18 per hour paid bi-weekly
