Entry Level Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of the automated cutting machine
• Read and comprehend production schedule, work orders, and blueprints
• Ensure finished product meets specifications
• Moving of raw and finished material as needed
• Keep workstation neat, clean, and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6 months+ years of relevant work
• Ability to organize priorities
• Disciplined attention to detail and process
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must have intermediate math skills (math test will be given during interview)
• Must be able to read a ruler
• Must be able to move and/or maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment (candidates are not required to lift 75 lbs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
