Job Description

Our organization is seeking a self-motivated Shipping Clerk to join our Warehouse Team.



The Shipping & Receiving clerk will follow logistics best practices to aid with on-time shipment of orders and ensure inventory accuracy. This position will be responsible for the shipping of FedEx packages for both divisions.



  • Prepare orders for shipment ensuring proper counts, labeling, packaging, and paperwork.
  • Ensure that proper shipping practices and requirements are followed.
  • Ensure that proper packing lists, labels, manifests, Bills of Lading, etc., are completed and included with shipment, as necessary.
  • Assist with other duties/projects when needed as directed by the Shipping & Receiving Managers.



  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & ERP Systems (Epicor a plus)
  • Must have experience with Fed Ex Software
  • Must have high attention to details
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
