Congratulations to Erin Foley and Debbie Roehl in their new roles as Technical Sales Project Managers! In their new roles, they will be the primary points of contact for LJ Design & Manufacturing customers. Specifically, they will partner with our new and existing medical, industrial and OEM customers. From initial discovery and specification development to scalable production, they will work with our engineering team to leverage product improvements and efficiencies to maximize the ROI of the customer’s sewn products.
Erin has been with LJ Design & Manufacturing since 2004, beginning as an Office Assistant and more recently a Customer Service Manager. Over the years she’s worked in a variety of roles such from purchasing to quality. This has given her the unique position of having first-hand experience with all areas of operation, which she can then use to best advise customers in the production of their sewn goods product.
“I have always enjoyed working directly with our customers and seeing their products brought to life. This new role will allow me to have even more impact on our customers’ success – especially in the area of medical device manufacturing and design.”
Debbie comes to this role via industrial design and engineering. She has been with the company since 2021 when she joined as the Lead Engineer. This engineering mindset means she is constantly on the lookout for ways to streamline and improve products.
“My new role as a project manager gives me a whole new opportunity to creatively partner with our customers to find innovative solutions to the most complex product designs. We are so much more than just a contract sewing manufacturer. We are in it for the long-haul, continually innovating, investing in the latest technology, researching new textiles and growing. Our customers’ success is our success.”
