What do you do on an average day
My major responsibility is to consistently increase the value that we bring to our customers. The process starts with vision planning and continues through major initiatives that result in consistent growth and success of the company.
I’ve worn a number of hats throughout the years, including teacher, coach, regional sales manager, director of marketing, general manager, president, consultant and owner.
I love seeing the transformation of the company and our capabilities. Every year, we are doing increasingly complex projects, which enables us to bring even more value to our customers.
Marsha and I have worked together in business for 26 years with only two business arguments.
I initiated my career teaching and coaching and after 59 years, I still am excited to be teaching and coaching!
